From March 7th to 8th, 2025, we held a company trip for our group company, CGM Golden Land Co., Ltd. in Myanmar! This time, we will introduce you to the situation.
CGM Golden Land holds a company trip once a year to deepen friendships among employees and strengthen teamwork. Although there were years when it was not possible to hold the trip due to the impact of COVID-19, this year was the fifth time.
The Myanmar members are very much looking forward to this company trip, and we discussed and decided on a destination from several possible locations. This year, we went to Kalaw, a highland town in Shan State, Myanmar. Located at an altitude of about 1,320 meters, it is known for its cool climate and beautiful natural environment. During the British colonial period, it was developed as a summer resort, and British-style buildings and gardens still remain. It is also famous for its trekking courses rich in nature, and we all enjoyed trekking there.
Through this company trip, we were able to reaffirm our connections with our colleagues and gain new insights that are difficult to obtain through daily work communication alone. Such opportunities are also important for increasing the motivation of each employee and strengthening team cohesion.
