Every year, CGM Golden Land organizes a special trip for its staff. After visiting the beautiful hills of Kalaw in 2025, this year we headed to the sunny beaches of south-western Myanmar!
We were happy to welcome three executives from Japan, including President Kaneda, and three colleagues from Copro System. It was a great chance for our Myanmar and Japan teams to bond and have fun together.
Day 1: The Long Journey & Beach Party
Our journey started early at 5:00 AM. After a 10-hour drive with a few breakfast stops in Nyawndon and Pathein, we arrived at the Mangrove View Resort @ Sea & Lake Garden Hotel around 3:00 PM.
After checking in, we started with some team-building games to get everyone talking and laughing.
Evening Highlights:
- Dinner on the Sand: We had a delicious dinner right by the sea.
- Awards Ceremony: We celebrated our "Employee of the Year" to recognize hard work.
- Karaoke Time: The night ended with a lively singing competition that everyone enjoyed!
Day 2: Relaxation and Fire Shows
The second morning was all about relaxing. Some staff went swimming in the pool, others tried rope climbing, and a few had a competitive game of billiards.
Group Photos & Memorable Views At 4:00 PM, we all put on our matching commemorative T-shirts. We went to a scenic spot at Shwe Thaung Yan Beach for a group photo. With the clear blue water and wide sandy beach, it was the perfect background for our memories.
A Night of Magic:
- Fire Dance: During dinner at Chaung Tha Beach, we watched an amazing fire dance performance under the stars.
- Bingo Night: We held our annual Bingo game with prizes from both Japan and Myanmar. The room was full of cheers!
Day 3: Heading Home
On the final day, we had breakfast and checked out at 10:00 AM to head back to Yangon. We returned home feeling refreshed and happy.
At CGM Golden Land, we organize these trips every year to thank our staff for their hard work. We are already looking forward to next year's adventure!
The trip was full of fun, bonding, and unforgettable memories that we will always remember.
